1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By downloading, installing, or using the TRARO Revit Plugin ("Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. TRARO is developed and owned by Mediaquadra SpA ("Licensor"), a company registered in Chile.
2. LICENSE GRANT
The Licensor grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use the Software solely for your personal or professional architectural visualization purposes.
- Trial Version: You may use the trial version with limited features (watermarked output, resolution limits) free of charge.
- Pro License: Purchasing a license grants access to premium features and removes watermarks. Licenses are lifetime for the version purchased, unless a subscription is explicitly selected.
3. RESTRICTIONS
You agree not to: (a) license, sell, rent, assign or commercially exploit the Software; (b) modify, disassemble, decrypt or reverse engineer any part of the Software.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Software, including all copyrights, patents, trademarks, and trade secrets are, and shall remain, the sole property of Mediaquadra SpA.
5. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS
All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
6. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LICENSOR BE LIABLE FOR SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. THE LICENSOR'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU.
8. GOVERNING LAW
The laws of Chile shall govern this Agreement.

This Privacy Policy describes how Mediaquadra SpA ("we", "our", or "the company"), developed by Cristóbal Venegas, collects, uses, and protects user information in connection with the use of the TRARO software add-in for Autodesk® Revit®.
By downloading, installing, or using TRARO, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
1. Information We Collect
To ensure license functionality and software security, we collect the following limited data:
- License Identification Information: When activating a license (Free or Pro), our system records the license key provided.
- Hardware Identifier (Hardware ID): The software generates a unique anonymous digital fingerprint of your computer (based on hardware components like the motherboard or CPU). This data is used exclusively to validate that the license corresponds to the authorized device ("Node-Locked Licensing") and to prevent piracy.
- Contact Data (Buyers Only): If you purchase a PRO license, we process your email and name through our payment provider to send receipts and recovery keys.
2. Third-Party Services
TRARO uses third-party services for license management and payments. These providers have their own privacy policies:
- Lemon Squeezy: We use Lemon Squeezy as our Merchant of Record. They process payments and manage the database of active licenses. No financial information (credit cards, bank accounts) passes through or is stored on Mediaquadra SpA or TRARO servers.

3. Use of Information
The collected information is used strictly for:
- Technical Validation: To confirm that your copy of TRARO is legitimate and active.
- Customer Support: To help you recover your license if you change computers or format your PC.
- Critical Updates: To notify you of serious bug fixes or new versions available (only if you have opted in to receive these notifications).
4. Security of Your BIM Data
(Intellectual Property Protection Clause)
For your peace of mind and corporate security:
- TRARO DOES NOT upload, analyze, or transfer any part of your 3D models, plans, families, or Revit project geometry to the cloud.
- All geometric and camera processing occurs locally on your machine (Local Processing).
- TRARO has no access to the content of your architectural designs outside the local execution environment needed to move the camera.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
We will retain your license data (Email and Hardware ID) as long as your license is active to allow for revalidation. If you wish to completely remove your data from our license records, you may request it by emailing contacto@mediaquadra.cl. Please note that this will immediately deactivate your access to the PRO features of the software.
